Today I've read it's the vegetarians day! Yeah! So I wanted to celebrate with preparing something I've never tasted before: muffins. Now. I know I could check on the web and find a recipe.. but I would like to know if you have a recipe to suggest me!
Hello and Happy Veggie Day! Thanks for visiting my blog. Aside from my amazement that you have never eaten a muffin, I think I can help you out. Any cake recipe you have will make muffins. Put the batter into a 12-cup muffin tin and bake for 15 to 17 minutes.
Most Vegan recipe sites have muffins of one sort or another or do a search saying "vegan muffins". The ingredients are generally much healthier than small cake ingredients and most people eat them at breakfast or morning tea/coffee time.
The PETA website has a good banana muffin recipe. It's my favorite so far. I love muffins because they're like a perfectly portioned piece of sweet, moist bread and they freeze beautifully so you can make a big batch on the weekends and pop them in the freezer (I put in little baggies and the put all the baggies in one big freezer proof container or bag).
Hi Valentina! Oh I can't wait to see if you like the muffins you make! How hard to decide which flavor to bake though! Our most common muffin is just plain blueberry muffins. :P I just searched the web though and found a veg recipe for Maple-Apple Muffins and they look So good! here is the link:
