Goodbye Yerseke...

Soon I'll be finished with my project at the Netherlands Institute of Ecology and I'll go back to Italy for awhile.. When I drive my bike from the station to the center I always see these beautiful lamas walking around in the field and I've decided to make some pictures coz they're beyond beautiful. Their big funny eyes and the way they eat the grass.. I could watch them for hours! Even if the weather was pretty bad in the last month and this made me a bit depressed, passing by them made me smile.. they're just too cute to be true!! :) Look how the stare at me like they would tell me: 'what do you want?' Or they were just posing.. ahah.. I love them!

Next week I'll go back to Italy on a holiday with Perry.. I can't wait to see my family, my sweet Susie!!! And going to the beach, staying in the sun and enhancing my underwater photography skills! :)

I love the lamas. They are so cute. We have these cows by our house and when Marty and I ride our bikes by them, I always want to stop and stare. I too like to watch them chew. It's just so funny. Thanks for the pics. I hope you have a great time on holiday.

Hi Valentina!! It's Candi. I loooove the photos! The llama are so cute. Their expressions are very sweet. I'm glad they can make you happy in all the bad weather.

Italy! That will be so nice. Susie is such a little cutie. You must miss her and your family a lot. I hope you & Perry have a great visit!!

PS> Those animals look like alpaca! I'd never seen alpaca before until I moved to Washington state. I love the fur, and I heard they are really gentle animals to raise! I love how their fur feels, and it doesn't hurt them when shaved. They are so sweet!!

Also, Susie's eyes are so round in that photo of her with her toy! LOL! Very cute!

Love the llamas, or alpacas, whichever they are! I have been up close and personal with/to them before (at a small zoo, unfortunately) and they have such wonderful personalities! I never know exactly what they are either. They're in Chicago, in a park near where an aunt of mine lives.

Great photos, Valentina!

Vivacious Vegan let me know about your blog. What cute pictures of the llamas. There's a llama at an apple orchard I like to go see. They are so adorable.
